Cubism
The seventh grade art classes did a great job
on this Cubism project. They learned about Pablo Picasso and Paul Cezanne.
Then, they focused on ideas of distortion and object manipulation while
drawing from a still life. All of them were successful in drawing real
objects, in an abstract form. The final touches of shadows and highlights
were added with chalk pastels.
